Pressure Oil Tube Fitting leak
I have a pesky leak from this fitting that connects the engine to the oil tank. I've tightened this fitting once using a new crush washer but it has loosened again.
Is there a retaining compound that I can use? I feel the case material (magnesium) is worn and a little sloppy.

Those can be loc-tited in to the case. If the threads are very worn, you may consider JB Weld.

If the Loctite doesn't work, I make extended length fittings for cases with loose or stripped threads.

What is twisting this fitting counter clock wise? Would it be the steel oil pipe? Do you have the good kind, which crosses under the bell housing and comes out by the end of the engine oil cooler? Is it attached there as per factory? Could you fashion some other support so the weight of this pipe doesn't loosen the fitting just that little bit?
