Rocker Arm OEM?
I am rebuilding a 76 2.7 motor. 3 of the rocker arms have pitting. I have another set but they don't have the markers in the castings. In the attached picture the bottom/right set have marking cast in the arms and the ones at the top/left don't. Can I use the set without the markings? Were there multiple OEM providers of rocker arms?

You may want to have them reconditioned as the bushings can have wear as well as the foot. Elgin Cams does a nice job. Bob

We do a pretty nice job of reconditioning rocker as well.
Rocker process: We remove the old bushing and adjuster (if present) Clean adjuster threads with 8x1.0 forming tap. Ream the bushing hole Black Oxide the rocker Press in the new DP-4 bushing and burnish Surface the contact pad Coat the contact pad with Moly dry film (TLML 2) Treat the rocker to a Cryogenic conversion process ![]()
