There is casting numbers inside the piston with manufacture name if original equipment
There is a reference list on here but I looked a little and didn’t see it
I have a printed version in garage.

Jackpot.
80P26 is a 67 S piston.
So I will chase a set of rings up.
So are my cams ok or should I chase a STD set.

the cam part number is for a T cam, low performance unless they have been welded up and reground. They will have plenty of clearance with S pistons but you would make better power with more aggressive cams.

What number is stamped on the end of the cam? Does the left cam have a MFI drive?

E or Solex cams would be a good street cam. You probably could get those T cams reground to E or Solex specs. S cams are cool, but your motor will be a dog below 5000 rpm. I guess there is a chance the cams you have were reground. I'm not sure what the best way to check would be.
