A few questions (with pictures!!)

Hi folks

My memory and disassembly pics are failing me! I am going to PMOs from CIS and maybe some of this stuff is no longer necessary. Air pump and smog stuff removed too. 1977 911S. Help on the following please!

PIC 1: What is this little pipe that comes up through the shroud? If not CIS, what does it connect to?

PIC2: What is the item circled in blue? And are there any aftermarket blanks for the heater hose holes circled in red?

PIC3: And what is this little gadget circled in red?

PIC4: And who is this hanger on?

Blue is the connector for the air injection to the exhaust side of the heads
The hose ports closures
The one on the left is readily available as used on mid70s and SCs
The one on the right, you’ll need a carrera full side piece
The gadget is part of the EGR system comes off the air box, through the gadget under motor to the muffler
The hanger on is an oil vat from the forward bottom of the air box to the vat keeping top of motor cleaner, oil free
Pic 1 gets a hose from charcoal canister

Thanks Bruce. So I then think I can do the following?

Blue is the connector for the air injection to the exhaust side of the heads OMIT
The hose ports closures
The one on the left is readily available as used on mid70s and SCs
The one on the right, you’ll need a carrera full side piece
The gadget is part of the EGR system comes off the air box, through the gadget under motor to the muffler OMIT
The hanger on is an oil vat from the forward bottom of the air box to the vat keeping top of motor cleaner, oil free OMIT Since no Air Box
Pic 1 gets a hose from charcoal canister OMIT? Why would clean air be blown into charcoal cannister?

Chuck,

That tube/washer is for emissions purposes only. Save them and if you don’t need them, I’ll buy them for my CIS. I misplaced mine when I had the shroud painted. I could find a good home for them. Thanks.

The hose blows air into the charcoal canister where the air then pushes fuel vapors into the air box to be burned during combustion.

The pic 4 piece is part #'s 911 108 021 02, 253 260 180
It was a drain valve for oil collecting in the bottom of the air box on Carb and CIS intake, 11 and 12.
Not one of my favorite Porsche ideas, as it would drip in the front of the engine.

Pic 1 was part of the fuel tank vent, emissions to allow air into the gas tank and vent fumes to the intake air box to get burned. Useful to keep fumes out of garage. When I had Webers with Rainshield air cleaner there was a fitting I connected it to.

Free part shipped.......

Chuck,

The package arrived and thanks for your generosity. Do you still have the lock washer shown in the picture between your fingers? Love to have it too because it is not easy to find a replacement that size. The least I could do is reimburse of your shipping expenses. Thanks a lot.

Tony

Edit:
Recovered the small piece of the white envelope in the waste basket with the washer wedged inside at one of corners. Thanks again.
