Question EGR connecting pipe

On engine disassembly, I found the EGR connecting pipe from the EGR filter to the bottom of the EGR valve was totally blocked with carbon, or some black substance, aswell as having been welded onto the fliter.
Does anyone know where I can get a new line and I guess I need to change the EGR filter.
I will be changing the Muffler too.
