Henry Schmidt;11126405]We can have the custom pistons made for you at a reasonable price.
Send me an email with contact info and we'll try to work something out. Discount for quantity? of course, we've got piles of the stuff. http://forums.pelicanparts.com/uploa...1606955660.JPG http://forums.pelicanparts.com/uploa...1606955660.JPG Wow! I obviously don't know who I am "talking" with in here! http://forums.pelicanparts.com/suppo.../gaapslaap.gif Sorry for my late reply. But now I'm finally back in my beloved "porsche world" I think it will be easier if I just send you an email! Cheers, Mads |

Henry, a little off topic but can you describe the characteristics and/or your experience with a 3.2 modified with a 80.4 mm stroke and 100mm bore. I'm also wondering if retaining the motronic efi would be adequate in a street car with say a 7,000 RPM limit. Thank you for your contributions to this forum. |
Henry I’m still debating what to do, I’m thinking maybe I should sell both of my 3.0 and get something else, but people are asking stupid money for 3.2’s et. Maybe I should give you a call I don’t know any east coast places.

The stock 3.2 injection will support very large engine with the right injectors and programing. |

You can email me with question/thoughts and we'll tease something out or you can call as well but right now my scheduling is unpredictable. |

Hi folks. Do you know, if this is an active mail for Henry Schmidt: supertec1@earthlink.net ? :)

Christmas vacation. We'll talk after the new year.
Cheers |
Yay ... :) Wish you, and everyone in here, a happy new year, MUCH better than 2020!

Will there be a problem with driving with the original 964 pistons, with new piston rings? I'm thinking, my plan is to drive with high compression, dual ignition, knock sensor and everything else that the 964 has. So is this not a sensible way to go?

Mine hauls ass. If you don't need to cut the case, don't. Mine came to me this way I wish it was not. It makes it a real headache if i ever have the cyls that came in it damaged and need to replace them. While its good to know I can potentially do something with 964 cyls it looks like something id rather avoid. My case was opened up to take some Mahle Motorsport cyls and pistons that are 100mm |
