good evening everyone. I have a problem with my 964.
After adjusting the valves I let the engine warm up well and then I tested the car on the road (about 20 km) and everything are ok. After two days, I take the car back, I drive about 2 km on the road with the engine at no more than 3000 rpm and suddenly I start to hear this strange noise coming from the right bank. I am attaching this old video taken from Pelican Forum by youtube because the noise is heard much better than in the video made by me. The noise is just that. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GheB...ature=youtu.be Operations performed: I check all the spark plugs on the right bank - ok, removed power steering belt and A/C belt. The noise is always present and is related to the engine revolutions. Right bank cylinder compression checked - all ok. What can it be? Best regards Paolo |
