What to route to take with 2.7 and 3.2?

G`day gents, here is the thing:
a friend of mine has 2 911 motors, 2.7 with unperfect case halfs which leaks from everywhere and destroys cranks and recently bought 3.2 to swap the 2.7 but it has it`s flaws as well... Due to bad oil pump we have a scratched cylinders, bad crank bearings, bad valve guides and valves, probs pistons but def piston rings.
So the question is, what would you recommend to to do in this case?
Say, the friend wants it relatively stock, working condition, strong motor possibly with light mods, but nothing extreme or semi extreme
Thanks in advance

The 3.2 is generally a better choice. Given your description, both engine will cost about the same to rebuild.

When the gamers refuse to roleplay, it's left up to the NPCs to make a story.
