Copper Base Gaskets 97mm ID

With 1.0mm base gaskets, deck height is only 0.8mm. I fear insufficient piston to head clearance … yet to torque the head with modelling clay ..
Anyone know of 1.2 or 1.25mm thickness copper base gaskets?? Or where to source them. I could have some made but maybe they’re available off the shelf somewhere ..??

We definitely stock 1.00mm and a we made some custom 1.5mm.
I will have to check stock.
No chance on the 1.25

Thanks Henry! 1.5mm could be the ticket if you have some on a shelf ..

Rounding out this one, we stacked 1.0 & 0.2mm base gaskets to give us 1-1.2mm PtoH clearance. Note the use of JE pistons has a different profile at the margin of the piston crown meaning the heads do not need to be chamfered. This is a thing if you’re using Mahle 90mm I think.

Just for anyone who is looking for custom base gaskets, LN engineering seems to have quite a selection, and can custom make most any size you need.
