Aftermarket intercoolers for 930?

Hi,

I'm seeking for advice on what might be some of the best aftermarket intercoolers for a 930. I currently have a K27 7200 with some aftermarket intercooler installed but I would like to look for a larger/better one.

Could you also give me some ballpark on the pricing for some of them.

THanks alot!

A full bay intercooler would cost $2-3.5k

Any recommendation on the brand/type or vendors that make full-bay intercoolers?

Thanks!

I would talk to stephen at imagine. For just typical cams, 1bar and K27 it's hard to beat the Kokeln IC. A full bay will look cool but may not do much for you until you get nuts with some bigger($$$$$$) mods. The good news is, following boost junkey logic. If you do get a big IC then you can explain to your family budget planner that you have to get the next step too... While your there... LOL

If you are local to me (MA) I could make you one. If not Powerhouse makes one. Promotive might make one. Holcolme might make you one. You could check Andial. That's all I can think of. Do a Google.

Thanks alot to both of you 5axis and Blown.

I'm out of CA, Bay Area. I've heard some good things about the Kokeln IC.

I just got my car not long ago and am in the process of learning more about the 930.

Ported & polished heads and ''Gruppe B'' (SC) cams. Custom HKS racing intercooler. Custom blow-off valve. Full B&B stainless steel headers and custom twin tip exhaust system. ZucZ Powerflow intake with K&N filter. CIS
Venturi plate. Fuel enrichment. New KKK ''quick spool'' turbo (hybrid K27 7200). Andial
1.0 Bar wastegate spring.

With such specs, getting back to 5axis's good point, I'm not sure if the full-bay IC will addd much value...Any advice?

Thanks!
