Head studs

Just to make a statement, not ask a question. I'm in the middle of a top end rebuild and discovered that the damn car has the steel studs up top and dilvar that look like hell on the bottom. Surprisingly though, none of the dilvar studs broke after 141,000 miles. But a steel stud came out of the case, go figure. I think someone had forgotten to use locktite on it. Anyhow, now i'm going to have to invest in a torch, so i was a little pissed at first. The only break this motor has given me so far are the carrera chain tensioners and the cylinder wear is insanely good. Neither my dad's 951 nor my 944 looked that good. But still, the studs piss me off, anyhow, just thought i'd share that.
