1978 Porsche 911 SC - Fuel Injection Lines
I want to upgrade my 1978 Porsche 911 SC - plastic fuel injection lines to the later style metal lines. Is there someone who makes these for the earlier year SC's that have the correct 8-mm banjo bolt fittings or come with the 8-mm /8-mm adaptors?
I read a post that Boxster GT had made these at one time. PS. My first post so let me know if I need to supply more information. |

I've replaced the ones on my '78 SC with a nice used set. I've also rebuilt a set using a polyamide fuel line fitting tool. It's not that hard - the line is inexpensive and the tool was $100 off Amazon.

Why would you want to replace the plastic lines with hard inflexible metal lines? The metal ones are always in the way and hard to deal with when working around the engine. Either go plastic or braided SS like sandgroper linked.
