Engine Rebuild

Is anybody on this board affiliated or holding knowledge of a repair place near Portland Oregon that was called Fastlane German Tuning? They are no longer doing business, but their reviews are excellent.
A close friend of mine recently bought a 996 that had an engine rebuild facilitated by this company a few years back. Fastlane pulled the engine and sent it to a rebuilder, then reinstalled the engine upon its return. I’m just trying to get an idea of where the engine was sent in order to track down just how complete of a rebuild is typical of the builder. Also hoping to confirm the type of cylinder sleeves and pistons used by the rebuilder…
May be dreaming about actually getting this information, but it’s worth a shot.
The rebuild happened in 2018, parts cost was roughly $13,000. Labor made up the rest of the $16,000 bill. He has the invoice, but it lacks details that go much beyond stating new pistons, sleeves, bearings, pumps, updated IMS, etc…
I know the engine was a full rebuild due to a cracked cylinder sleeve causing water and oil to mix throughout the engine.
Trying to gauge the likelihood of a proper rebuild using nikasil sleeves.
The engine only has had around 3000 miles put on it since the build, runs fantastically, quiet, smooth, no smoke… just curious more than anything.
