Porosity / casting imperfections in oil passages - SC case

Just curious if this is normal. I’m about to start assembling 3.5L motor and doing final prep and checks. I noticed what look like casting imperfections or porosity in the crankcase through bolt passages (or maybe oxidation damage?) . A couple pics below. These are oil passages of course, so at a minimum I’ll make sure they are clean.

Is this kind of imperfection normal? Should I be concerned?

Scott,
Just use proper (long) galley brushes to ensure the galleys are clean. Tide detergent and water works fine, then blow with plenty of high pressure air.

Thank you, gentlemen. I feel better now. The case was professionally cleaned with the plugs removed, so it should be good.
