The factory never built a twin plug production engine until 1989 in the 3.6 Carrera 4.
There were of course 906, 911R, , 911ST and 2.8/3.0 RSR then 935. All were limited production Race engines.
I don't even remember seeing a 2.7 twin plug from the factory.
