73mfi stacks-where to find cold start lines

73S mfi plastic stack rebuild.
Does anyone know where I can find replacement cold start lines and Oetiker clamps.
hopefully ethanol resistant !
And does anyone know where to find the crimping tool for the clamps?

The clamps are called "ear clamps" and you buy them from Grainger's or even Amazon. Pliers are also available from both.
The white nylon fitting a NLA so you have to reuse the ones you have or find good used.
