Chain ramp alignment
Before I button up the left side, I noticed the inside lower chain ramp sets back against the case and the upper sets out and seems to align better with the chain. I pulled the bolts and tried to reinstall the lower ramp but it seems to stay back too far. I tried to move it in some but it won't budge. Any ideas??

The ramps fit into a grove on the bolts try prying it to the center and it should snap into place.

You know I seem to be having the same problem too.
Two of my ramps are flush against the case, while the other two only the inside bolt part of the ramp is flush, while the outer bolt area isn't. Tried several times to get them to be flush, but can't seem to get them to go. I also noticed on the ramps themselves, that the inner hole has a raised nipple in side of it, while the outer hole is smooth inside. Humm... I went through this a few weekends ago ... like Tim said, take a long screwdriver or prybar and once the bolts are seated then "snap" the ramp into place by pushing in the center.
2 of mine went on fine but the other 2 I had to use this method. Once done everything lined up fine. I believe that the hole with the nipple is the one that locks into place while the smooth hole is used for support.

I saw this happening to me too. I took the ramp out to see how they snapped in. They take some force to get in and out. Had to use my drill press to push the bolt out.
I wedged a clean screwdriver (big) against the case while I tightend up the inner bolt (the long end of ramp to Inter. shaft) I had the outer bolt in the other part of the ramp through the case. This helped line things up.
