				List of Recommended Body Shops

In response to the thread started by Wayne concerning a list of recommended rebuild and machine shops, it might be appropriate to start a thread for recommended body shops. After all, what's a 911 engine when there's nothing around it for the engine to sit in.

Given this, my recommendation in the San Fernando Valley/LA Area is: Automotive Innovations and Restoration 15020 Oxnard Boulevard Van Nuys, CA (818) 786-2181 Kevin, the owner, has been as responsible for my enjoyment of my car as Dave at TRE. A good portion of the body work on Jack's BBII are the fruits of Kev's efforts, but more importantly is he is very knowledgeable of many things 911 and Corvair - undoubtedly two of the most important cars in history.
