Question Unknown pistons??

I've got a set of Venolia pistons that I'm not sure what they are. They are 90mm so that sounds lie a 2.7 but the tops look different than any other I've seen. Anyone know? (try to include a picture with this post...)

They almost look like a chunky version of a CIS piston, but I don't know what they are.

Those almost look like 2 cycle pistons. I rebuilt the powerhead on my 200 yamaha and the pistons looked remarkably like those.

I used Venolia pistons on my first 911 rebuild about 20 years ago. The cast iron cylinders were out of spec so the machinist bored the sleeves to 85mm and got me Venolia pistons. They worked well.

There aftermarket CIS pistons. The exhaust valve side is facing us in the picture. They look like they were cut from a billet.
