3.2 Why no head gaskets?

I am getting ready to install the heads on my 3.2 and I am wondering why Porsche decided not to use a head to cylinder gasket like the O-ring on the 3.0 SC engine. Or do they use a gasket and I am just missing something from the gasket set?
