Keeping Track of Rockers
If the rocker arms are getting new bushings and the camshafts are new, is keeping track of which rocker came from where still important?

No. Not if your rocker shafts are consistent size...
Plus the rocker faces will break in to your camshaft (be sure to do the 20 minutes at 2000RPM run-in)...
