I took a standard allen wrench for the inside bolt (5mm), and put a box end wrench on it. It flexed considerably, but they all came loose. Also, soak them in pb blaster overnight.

a 5mm, 1/4" drive socket may be of harder material than a simple allen wrench. a good german one like hazet.

Soaked them overnight and gave the wrench a good whack with a hammer. WORKED!! Man did porsche over tighten them? I hope they don't have to go on that tight.

The cone and screw is exposed to the outside, and can get rusty.
When you whacked the screw, you helped break up the rust. As far as tightening them goes....go to the Competition Engineering website, and read the tech tip Walt Watson has there. He knows his stuff!
