is there TWO stock sc cam profiles?
i was reading the bible (red in colour with a picture of a big engine on the front) a couple of days ago and unless im reading it wrong it looks as if there are two different cam profiles listed for the sc engine. is this true? if so, which profile should i be using for my 3.3 turbo urgrade?

I'm not sure what exactly you are looking at, but as far as I know, there is only one profile, but two different part numbers. These correspond to the two different types for fastening the cam - the big nut and then the bolt on the end of the cam (early/late).

There are three known cams with three different profiles that work with CIS on the SC engine. They all are touted as "SC performance cams", so maybe this is from where your question derives.
Those cams are: 1) 330 cam from Elgin 2) 964 cam from the 3.6 engine 3) 20/21 cam from Webcam The 330 cam is the mildest. The 20/21 the most radical.
