Additional Oil Cooler
I have a euro-speced right-hand drive 1988 911 3.2 Carrera. For some time now, I have been wanting> to install an additional oil cooler in my car. As I wish to retain the> original looks, I have rejected the idea of having a front-mounted one> which requires changing the valance. I have decided that the best> place would be the front left wheel well which will require changing the existing water bottle to a smaller one and probably relocating it (possibly in the trunk). Has anyone out there done a similar exercise ? I would like to have some details about what type of oil cooler to get, oil lines, problems / complications (if any) and results. I also need some info about the change and relocation of the water-bottle.
