Just when I thought my rebuild is 100% successful... after my 1st track event, noticed a few oil leaks.
One of them seems to be the left cam oil line (if not then it must be the turbo oil supply line)... So the question is: anyone done this in a 930 with the engine in the car? I just spent last 3 hours removing things - intercooler, plumbing, plug wires, coil, ... but the air guide is obstructing the line. To remove the guide, it seems that I almost have to remove the BOV, meaning half the CIS stuff too ![]() So - anyone did it before & have any brilliant ideas? Thanks... P.S. Serves me right of not "listening" to Waynes book of ditching the $20 part ![]()

Don't feel bad, I suspect you are not alone in not taking Waynes advice about replacing some of the smaller items (chain ramps, sensors etc.). All the small things add up quickly on a rebuild.
