Head studs and connecting rod bolts 3,2 engine

I am undertaking a full rebuild of my 3,2 engine. I know I have to change the head studs (my head stud has not broken) as a precaution. I have read that you should not use the dilavar studs.
I have been adviced to use the head stud (fully treaded), washer and nuts from a 993 turbo and the connecting rod bolts and nuts from a 964 turbo. Anybody who has any experiences of what to use?

Supertec Head stud kit. ARP rod nut and bolt kit. Race proven. These are the best way to go.
They are both available though Pelican Parts.

Thank you for your advice.
I found the Supertec Head stud kit, but I was not able to find the ARP rod nut and bolt kit. Do you know the parts #?

The ARP # is 204-6005. If you can't find them on Pelican Part's give me a call or email.
