Engine Initial Break in Article

There's a "drive it like you stole it" break in article floating around which I've read several times in the past but can't locate through searching. Can anyone point me to it, or any good existing discussion on break in procedures?

I'm putting everything back together now. Things are getting exciting!

MototuneUSA has articles on this. His Break In Secrets Part 1 is probably the article you are thinking of.
The latest article Circular Logic - De-Mystifying Main & Rod Bearings (Break in Secrets Part 5) has a long explaination on how plain bearings work.
