Cut Fuel Injection Hose

Just kidding about the exray vision, but if anyone spots some obvious misstakes, I'd appreciate the feedback.

The hose on the fuel injection was cracked, so I cut the end off. Looks like the end is wider to go over the fitting. Does anyone know for sure?

The hose is pressed on with a special tool.
Hard polymid line is installed using a tool that clamps the line 1/2 inch from the end and then you apply pressure until hose is installed flush with the end.
Without the tool you're swimming up stream. You might get it but you'll throw tools and make yourself crazy first.
