The first rule of marketing is that you need to do very little when your reputation and word of mouth sells your products and services for you.

MM's rep is the main reason why they need such good marketing propaganda.

IMHO, one of the worst things about these guys is that they have a great ad in the pano every month.

Most new porsche owners first exposure to the rebuild concept is the MM pano ad. I know now that their pricing is too good to be true and they are crooks, but I took a hard look at MM before I found Pelican and started reading the horror stories. I never would have believed that someone so shady would have had an ad like that in the Pano every month.

Okay, time to let this thread die, and keep the forum on topic with engine rebuild questions.
