So,
I went to the local Lowes to get find some material to make the P221 and P222 Rod and Chain Holders for my rebuild. They had some 1/8" aluminum stock, but it seemed too thick for the job. I was walking down the store to see if hardware tape that is used to hang garage door openers would work when I saw the light. Some guys were sweeping up some wood scraps in the lumber area. Included in the scraps were the metal strapping that they use to hold the big bundles of lumber together. I picked some up off of the floor and it looked the right size, thickness and rigidity. I was able to walk out of the store with the supplies I needed at no cost. The material was easy to bend them to the right shapes and they worked great. Funny how free still feels good after over $6K spent on the engine...

I made the chain holder from 3/4 x 1/8 aluminum stock using the deminsions from Wayne's book. Not free but cheap compared to the real thing.
