flame ring question
looking at 3.2 carrera heads they seem as if they already have a sealing ring as standard. is this a flame ring or something different? im building a 3.3 turbo engine with original barrels.

Its not a flame ring just a crushing sealing ring. A flame ring requires the head to be machined to receive the ring.
