Hi. I'm in the process of timing my cams and and am wondering if the intake overlap spec in Wayne's book for a 72 t model 911/51/61 a value of 2.4 to 2.8 mm would also apply for a euro 911/57 (carbs) as I don't see a listing for mine. If I need a different value does anybody have it? It's not listed in B.A's book or the Haynes manual either.
Any answers or help is greatly appreciated. Thanks, Clarence

Hi.
After looking through the workshop manual, the spec books, and PET, the best value I can find for that engine is 2.4mm - 2.8mm. Optimum value is 2.6. AFJuvat

Thanks AF, that's what I went with. Thanks for looking it up.
