That's not a part number - it's a casting number.
It comes from a 2.7 cylinder head.

can you tell what type 2.7 or were the the mfi 210HP and cis 175HP 2.7s using the same heads?

All the 2.7 heads used the same casting & shared the same valve sizes/ combustion chamber volume - only the port sizes changed according to the model.
*Obviously the 911/83 mfi versions - '73 RS & '74-'76 Euro Carreras - had the additional tapping for the fuel injector.
