loctite 574 still tacky after 1 week

I was under the impression the loctite 574 was supposed to harden up... I used this on my 3.0 case halves and its still tacky after a week or so.. plus I cant read the label on the bottle cause its in German... Please tell me I dont need to take my case apart and reseal.....

Loctite 574 is anaerobic and will only cure in the absence of air. The loctite outside the seam will not cure and may always feel tacky. You should be fine.
