A Suggestion For Wayne Concerning Valve Guides

I would like to suggest that Wayne stock some standard sized valve guides.

Reaming out the undamaged valve guide bores in the head violates the rule "if it isn't broke don't mess with it".

Since you don't offer them I am forced to buy my replacement guides elsewhere.

what guides do you use that don't have to be honed or reamed to fit the valve? even if the valve stem fit the guide bore perfectly out of the box, it would likely bind after installation.

I'm not talking about reaming the guide for the valve, I am talking about reaming the head for an oversized valve guide.

Can you look into that for me Wayne? I will order a set of 12 if you can source a set this week for me. As previously mentioned I do think they are carried by one of your suppliers.

I did call your customer service number a couple days ago to inquire about this and was told you only had the oversized, so thats the reason I started this thread.

I'm trying hard to give you my money after all.
