Need cam L and R clarification

Which in Waynes and Anderson's books are the statements "Left" and "Right" to be interpreted?

I've been using "Left" side to mean the driver's side U.S. steering wheel. (dizzy side)

And "right" side cam meaning the passenger side?

Correct?
