The case is off at Comp Eng getting surfaced (and hopefully that's it). It's taking a while, but I hear thats the way they work.

CE will probably tell you everything you may need to do to your case, but it wouldn't hurt to ask them for their recommendations as well. Sometimes even the best get overworked and will just do what is asked for.

CE is one of the best.

CE/ Walt will taylor the job to the way it'll be used. After doing the basics that case has a few options.. party hearty.

I called Wayne and had a chat with him. I was trying to come up with a reason not to get it fixed. He said "Jeff, I think you know the right thing to do" in his best Dr Laura voice. It'll cost me a month or so on the rebuild, but it'll be worth it to know it's right.

Another update. The case is back from Walt, went together great. All torqued down the cams spin fine. Couple more weeks and it should be back in the car...
