It runs!!!
Hooray,
started up my 930 today after rebuilding the top end of the engine. What music it was to hear that purr. NO LEAKS and runs strong. I am very happy indeed. Steve

I am actually thinking of acquiring a project engine. Rebuilding my 3.3 was very enjoyable and it got me off the computer. It is a much better use of my free time.
Although I have some mechanical aptitude I never considered myself able to do a porsche engine justice with my own two hands... that was until I read Wayne's books.
