Ignition Wire Layout, I got 4 outta 6
My 1972 911T ('67 2.0 Weber powerplant) was running like a top, but I hadn't changed plug wires in 12 years, so I bought a new set, didn't label the old wires, I just followed the firing order in the manual and on the gold sticker in the engine compartment and now I'm getting a misfire! I think I'm only hitting on 4 pistons and getting a lot of backfiring. The '67 engine was rebuilt before I bought it, could the novice rebuilder have switched the order?

This problem was corrected. I had the wires hooked up in reverse order, embarrassing but over with.
