Noise After Rebuild

I drove the car around the block last night which is about a mile. This is the first time out since its rebuild. Got home and a loud knocking noise or a bad valve tap suddendly developed.

This morning I removed all the valve covers and just gave all the rockers the wiggle test to check for some clearance. Everything looked fine but, the left camshaft compared to the right seems to have very little oil on it.

While the engine was apart I didn't do anything to the spray bars except to blow clean air down them to check for blockages.

Luckily, I don't see any damage on the cam lobes. I guess tomorrow I will remove the plugs and turn the engine over by hand. That should confirm whether I have oil flow or not.

Oil flow to left bank looked fine. Anything else to check for while I'm in there?
