2.7 Cylinder Heads

Does anyone know what these Cylinder head numbers refer to.
Will they fit a 1974 2.7 MFI Euro Carrera or are they K Tronic?

They are from a 2.7 with the CIS injection system. They can be modified to work with MFI and put on early engines like 2.2 & 2.4, they are cut for 90mm cylinders.

CAn they be used on a 2.7 911/83 MFI engine? what are the differences?

They won't have threaded injector bungs, and the port and valve sizes are likely different.
