Cost to upgrade 3.6 rod bolts ?
I have aquired a 1990 3.6 with about 60000 mi. It runs well and has no visable cylinder head or base oil leaks. It was in a 1977 and is now going in my 1980.I keep reading about the weakness of the stock rod bolts. With no other changes "while in there" .What will parts cost to change to ARP rod bolts?Would the stock revlimiter function of the ECM (6800?)keep me safe enough that I am worrying needlessly?

I think if you shop around the ARP stuff will only add an additinal 120-150 over the stock bolts. Cheap insurance.......

The rods need to be resized when you get the arps. Just go through a good shop like EBS and you will be fine
