Pressure plate
Does anyone know the torque settings for a 1988 3.2 G50 pressure plate bolts? I have a manual here that says 80 lb-ft. Surely that cant be correct? Thanks

Pressure plate bolts - M8 - 18.4 ft-lbs - this is what most M8's are unless it is a special application - Page 200 - Wayne bible
Please double check with other sources, this is what's on page 200. -h

Don't forget to install the starter ring and get a new pilot bearing mounted flush if you are planning to change that. You will think there is two starter rings....there isn't... one is a engine speed sensor ring.
