Oil cooler cleaning
Anyone know what the recommended procedure is for cleaning the inside (and outside for that matter) of the oil cooler on a 3.0? I am referring to the one attached to the case. Thanks!

Hi Brian,
I just used hot, soapy water on mine with a scrub brush on the outside. Used a parts cleaner inside and flushed it thoroughly when done. You could use air to blow out what water is left inside.

Thank you Dave! What solvent did you use in the parts washer? Water or something organic?

Castrol Super clean. Really did a nice job. I think Simple Green would work pretty good, too.
