A dC Automotive overhauls any good?

I'm planning on buying a 911 engine from dC Automotive. They just overhhauled it but will not give a Guarantee on it. Has anyone had good or back luck with them?

Thanks

Marc,
Before I considered doing any business with this company I would recommend thoroughly reading this attached thread. The company may be acceptable but there have been some issues that I certainly would not wish to experience without first having something firm in writing. The thread addresses a different issue but certainly shows the level of customer service (which I found to be totally unacceptable) from this company. In the end it appears that they decided to do the right thing but please follow the thought process from dC Automotive. It could simply be an inept representative from dC automotive but I would certainly be asking a lot of questions that the answers could be documented before venturing into any business with this company.

dCAutomotive nightmare, what should I do?

For what its worth, I've dealt with dC on parts and have found them to be trustworthy.

DCA has treated me well when I was doing business with them. I wasn't a big customer, only $1500-1700 so far. However, seeing them treating one of their customer that way, makes me wonder when is it gonna be my turn and I am willing to take that chance. I'll be damned if I am gonna have to make a public apology, retraction for whatever that I didn't do, and give them a hand shake just to get something I have already paid for. What's funny is that there are people who came out and defended DCA for its actions because DCA has "treated them well in the past". What a bunch of morons!!!. It's like me saying DCA has the right to screw flatsixcrazy over as long as they keep treating me well. Needless to say, I am no longer a customer of DCA so I cannot endorse their "business model" (read motormeister). Since then, I have shifted my shopping over to euroeastparts.com with Jerry. I'll come back to DCA if flatsixcrazy publicly endorse them. Just my $0.2. Agent Smith.
