Flywheel Wear - Very Close To Limit
80 911SC 3.0 to 3.2
Just got the p&c's, crank and flywheel back from the shop after polishing and balancing, along with the measurement results. The flywheel came back with a measurement of 8.62mm Not much at all over the minimum 8.5mm Should I use this flywheel - as is? Or should I replace the flywheel? And balance again the crank & new flywheel? Or use the new flywheel as is? Thanks! Jim

Try not, Do or Do not

Use your existing flywheel. The next time you replace the clutch you will need to replace it.
