Question Engine origin Question/casting number

I am looking at a 65 911. I know its not the original engine. The casting number is 901.105.111.0R. There is a decal on the top of the motor that says 911T 2000 cc and has dual webbers. What are the possible cars this motor came out of? Thanks

What is the 911/xx number or the serial number. THese numbers should be on the casting just to the right of the fan in the front. One is on the upright leading to the fan and the other is under where the oil line goes to the cam or cam tower (think those are center oiling cams)

Give me those numbers and I will tell you what I can about the motor.

Thanks

Ed

Ed is correct on pinpointing it exactly but from what it sounds like (if they didn't mis match the fan housing with the numbers on it) that it is a 1969 911T engine. Good luck
