pressure plate bolt torque value

Wayne,

Have your book, and have read your threads. My question is...what is the proper torque setting for the Pressure Plate bolts on a 1977, 911S 2.7 motor. Your book gives a value of 18.4 ft/lbs. and your article on the Pelican Technical site says 14.5 ft/lbs. ?????
Help!!!!
BTW.... Thanks a million for all the tech info and your book. My friend and I just returned from the Bruce Anderson/ Jerry Woods engine building class this past December... it was just as you described. Thanks again.. and I await your answer..so I can move on with the engine project.
