964 Rocker Arm Removal (#4 intake)

Any words of wisdom on removing the # 4 intake rocker arm shaft? I've got the cutoff 8mm allen on one side, the short 5mm allen socket on the other, and the 5mm won't budge. I'm afraid of stripping the bolt head. Currently the engine is in the car, but i'm thinking it will be easier to drop then engine and get better access. I sprayed the 5mm head with Kroil to soak overnight. Maybe I need to heat the head?

The adjuster foot is worn out and needs to be changed.

Thanks for any hints. Oh yeah, what's the worst case for a stripped 5mm bolt?

I used a small "cheater bar" on the handle of the 5mm. Basically a deep 1/4" 6mm socket with a 6" extension on it. There may not be enough room with the engine still in the car.

Thanks. I'm afraid I've stripped the bolt, so out comes the engine.
