head gaskets?
OK do I put any sealant on the heads? I have a 3.3 turbo and there are no head gaskets so do I use the curel sealant on the heads or just bolt em down?

Assuming you checked the mating surfaces (or at least had a machine shop check), you simply bolt them together.
